the restaurant was very well visited on a Friday evening. we had reserved. the service was already very cut to the table. you won the impression this have worked through several days and have no more lust at all. this was also reflected in their performance. we were there on a Saturday night, short-term reservation without any problems. I ordered a menu, suppe, salat, main course and small dessert incl. espresso for under 30 euro. main course (fish) really good, however salat something sweet, only green leaves and dressing, no ceremonies or the like, but as a complete package everything ok.My woman wanted to eat lactose-free, which led to the same salat being hardly possible. the fish threesome sounded good, but the fish came (although vacuum cooked) without any spice (no more fried, no salt, no seasoned, no sauce). for this little spider than bed, which was also hardly spiced, but was still mixed with half-garem. the (actually capable) service... the restaurant sternen is located in the middle of the Black Forest (Staufenberg,Gernsbach),is a hotel restaurant. you can sleep here wonderfully (rooms are generous and bright)! and eat. starting with suppening, then in the weinsudgeschmorten fry, oxenbäckchen, freshwater fish... often you can no longer get to dessert what was jammerschade! the menu in the internet is just one extract, but it is much more dishes. so many ver. in the stars you get excellent seasonal farmhouse kitchen with fresh ingredients. the already repeatedly praised salat with the homedressing is really very delicious. also the served meat was on the spot. a real highlight are the hand-cut late zle. also the sorbets and panna cotta to dessert were very good. as well as the plant fire. go and enjoy!
