After getting to try a sandwich from my other family members I decided to come out and try it on my own, given that the one I had the first time was so good, I couldn?t wait to get one for myself. Unfortunately, today I was disappointed with not justonly my own, but the other items my siblings have gotten. Ida was great to us this past weekend she went above and beyond she was not only friendly but very patient when we placed our order over the phone answered every question and unlike most places wasn't rushing us off the phone only thing I can say was not pleasant was the fact it was so cold inside your location and you can tell the staff was cold cause our car was warmer then the inside of the store well that says alot about the owner and whoever is running this place it shouldn't be that cold inside a restaurant As a business owner myself I would never let my hard working friendly staff work under these conditions I hope they fix the heat again thank you to the young lady for being so kind...
Beyond Dysfunctional. No one knows what the other is doing. Don’t bother calling ahead of time, they’ll never put your order in. When you go to “pick-up” after calling ahead 20 mins or so, you’ll go to the register and they won’t have a clue what you ordered. Then you’re waiting an additional 20/30 mins for your food since that’s when your order actually goes in. If the food wasn’t so good, I’d say stay away! There are so many other options, this place really needs to step it up and get their functionality/processes figured out. The chicken with its head cut off model isn’t working. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place to visit.
Quality and attention to detail has seemed to go down over the last year. Regularly missing parts of our orders. Sometimes that's missing a condiment, but other times that means getting raw or undercooked egg on a sandwich. Considering the priceincreases, which I get aren't unique to Steve's, there are better places to spend your money for breakfast. It is a shamebecause they stood out in the area for me and I hope things go back to excellent.

The original and the best! Manchester location is one of my favorite breakfast spots around! There?s never a long wait, and the food is incredible! Nothing like a full meal for less than $10! They have a sandwich station, bagels, a donut sandwich (which issurprisingly delicious) and various coffees. Awesome grab n go spot, make sure you check them out!
One of the best bagel places in CT. It is a must visit for me every time I?m in the area. Wide range of bagel options; and you can not go wrong with any of them. The seating area is on the smaller side so it?s an ideal to go place but you can dine in ifyou?re a little patient when waiting on a table. Highly recommend this gem in Manchester!
This location used to be decent, now I wouldn?t recommend it. Place needs some serious cleaning and better standards. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way to get a nice bagel from a clean place with great customer service.
I adore Steve's Bagels! This place is fantastic. The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is consistently polite and friendly. I also appreciate the wide variety of menu options available. You'll never get tired of dining here!
