Today, I went to the cinema across the street and decided to grab a quick lunch beforehand. The service was excellent, with all the staff members I interacted with being friendly and the food was delicious and served promptly. As I was leaving, I was also given a champagne chocolate as a Christmas treat for all diners that day, which I thought was a nice touch. It was my first time dining there, but I will definitely be returning. It's a great spot to stop for a meal before catching a movie at the cinema or just for a special treat. I also noticed some family deals, with kids eating for just 3.99 during the week, which I found to be a great offer. Give it a try - I'll definitely be back.
This is the worst takeout I have ever received. Every item was cold and inedible, with tiny portions. Some items were missing and the ice cream was even sent in a box, causing it to leak when it arrived (ironically making it the warmest thing in the order). When I called the restaurant to complain, they initially brushed it off until I threatened to report them to trading standards. Even when they did call me back, they blamed everything on Deliveroo, including the missing items, and the manager was extremely rude, not even offering an apology. Avoid this place at all costs - I wouldn't even feed this food to my deceased pet.
The service was excellent, the food was awesome, my son and I absolutely loved it and will certainly come again regularly. Spoke with Kelly, the manager, who gave us a loyalty card and she was very lovely to speak with.
Came in Sunday Amie and Kelly were really friendly and kain was really nice he cooked are food service was lovely and staff amazing and food was delicious strongly recommend
