I'm totally disappointed with the pencil cellar. the price-performance ratio is not true here. the service was absolutely incompetent, although only a few guests were in the restaurant, the drinks have taken forever, the table was not even cleared, let alone asked if you wanted to drink something else. eating was okay, but it's not in a ratio to price. my food was cold. was the first and last time here.
