Last weekend, we had the pleasure of enjoying the birria tacos from Stir It Up Steph's at the Food Truck Frenzy, which drew an amazing crowd of over 5,000 people. With all 15 food trucks bustling and long lines everywhere, we waited about 30 minutes (with nearly 100 people ahead of us) but let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it. These are the best birria tacos in Lancaster! I would have gladly waited 1.5 hours for them again. Despite the high-pressure environment, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. If you find yourself in the Lancaster area, this place is a true gem. Keep up the great work! Thank you for the amazing tacos!
Really good food but they need to figure out how to expedite orders faster. 2.5 hours to get 4 tacos. It was worth it but it shouldnt take that long. I suggest premaking a majority of the tacos and keeping them in a warmer. Your servers can pull from the warmers to plate the food and you can just keep filling the warmers. Just a suggestion. Im confident you guys will figure it out. I look forward to my next visit!
This food truck is a hidden gem that you need to discover! We found them at the Ephrata fair and decided to give it a try and we were glad that we did. The seafood tacos were excellent. I'm not normally a fan of shrimp but these were delicious. I also enjoyed the Caribbean dream taco. I look forward to trying more of their food.?
I waited over an hour for three tacos, and they weren't anything special. They weren't terrible, but considering the price and the long wait at a food truck, I think I'll skip it next time. On the positive side, the customer service was excellent!

We tried this food truck for the first time, and it was amazing! We ordered tacos, empanadas, and tostones, and everything was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be on the lookout for them again. Highly recommended! Five stars!
Great service and even better food!! Everything was on point and it hit the spot, Even got extra for later. Totally recommend if they are around it be foolish not to pick what's stirring.
Waited 3 hours only to pay for 9 tacos and receive 8. Was not worth the wait!!!
