STK - Toronto - Table reservation

Having been to a STK before (not in Toronto), we chose to go there for a weekend trip for my husband’s birthday. The entire experience was extremely disappointing to the point that we will never return to another STK. Both of us ordered the filet...mignon prepared medium. The filets came out with our sides, but both were not cooked as we requested. My husband’s steak was cooked rare and mine was entirely medium well to well done. We called over the sever who took the plates away and agreed they were not prepared medium. Ten or so minutes later he returned with our next round of filets. This review would have been a 5/5 except for one thing. First of all the things that were amazing; the decor, the ambience, the music, the service from our waiter Loo was impeccable! And the food its self was Fantastic! Sadly though, when I went...to the ladies room, it was a shocking disappointment. There were 4 stalls/toilets in there, 2 toilets were jammed full of toilet paper and unusable, and the other 2 stalls there was no toilet paper avaiable at all. We went for an early dinner at 6 o'clock Sunday because my husband had just flown back from the UK. Clearly, the washrooms had not been cleaned since Saturday.
