My opinion of this place continues to decline. The bald delivery guy has previously been rude and disrespectful to a family member. Now, when trying to place a pizza order for delivery, the staff expresses annoyance, sighing and huffing as if it's a burden. Seriously? If you can’t manage your job and treat customers kindly, then don’t bother answering the phone or even working there. I don't know who they're hiring these days, but they really need to improve customer service training, as this attitude is childish over something so minor.
This was honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered bacon, Buffalo chicken, and garlic, but all the toppings ended up sliding to one side. They piled a bag of shredded cheese on top that hadn't even melted. The taste was terrible; you'd be better off with a frozen pizza or Domino's down the road than with Stone House. If you're looking for a truly good pizza, try Adrianna's, Dominic and Vinnie's, Pepe's, or Pizza Castle. Any of those places would be a better choice than Stone House.

we order all the time and have never had a problem until we ordered a large pizza and it was super small we asked for accommodation and their “solution” was for us to bring the pizza back or for us to order another one, very disappointed.

I only have a meatball and onion with extra cheese. All right. Driver was nice and pretty fast for a Friday night it came here hot and the crust is great. Overall pleasant experience. Order again. Thank you guys, this pizza is goooood.
Stone House Pizza is my favorite place. The pizza is delicious. I have brought so many different friends there. When I go in with my mom, my friend who makes pizzas says, Hi mom, what would you like today?
Stone House Pizza in Waterbury offers fantastic, made-to-order food. It's a great spot for dining in or ordering takeout. The staff are wonderful—highly recommend giving them a call! (4/29/22)
I was here with my hubby we ordered 2chicken cutlet sandwiches it was OK I just didnt like the cheese it was thick n dry I took it out of my bread I didn't like it at all sorry

The pizza at Stone House Pizza is fantastic, and it’s a bonus that it’s so close to my house. The grinders are incredible too.
