Enjoy the atmosphere and typically the food. On this visit the server (Simon)said all the right things and then failed to deliver in a reasonable time. Brought out pretzel bread sticks with no plates and said he would be right back with plates but never did. Wife asked for mayonnaise for her burger and then had to ask again when we saw him about 10 min later and he then brought some (of course our food had now cooled off). Kitchen seemed to be slow but with how infrequent we saw the server near us it could be he just didn't pick up the sandwiches in a timely manner
Disappointed in our entrees. I ordered my steak well done and my husband ordered his Filet Mignon medium. Unfortunately my steak came out Medium Rare and his Filet came out Well Done. Luckily we just changed between the 2 of us and were able to enjoy our meals. 1st time this has ever happened. A very large party put the grill/kitchen behind and a little disoriented it seems. But since it is one of our favorite restaurants, we will try again sometime soon.
We were headed to Jesse's steakhouse in Brandon but ended up at stonewood grill. Charlotte was our bartender, Ashtin was our server and the manager was Sonia Silva. We ended up getting a less than quality piece of prime rib. We told our server and she immediately got the manager. The manager came over to our table and was very accommodating and took care of the problem immediately. We plan to go back there again another time.
Usually a good place to eat, but not this time. The server forgot all the items we ordered, so we didn't get them as part of our dinner. My main rib was over boiled and extremely salty, and my son's steak was far under boiled and had to be sent back. The worst was the 18th. My son's birthday, and although I told them when I made the reservation, they totally forgot. Probably not back to this place.

This restaurant is excellent - they offer delicious food and great service, not to mention their fantastic sangria! The location is perfect and the ambiance is very pleasant.
Josh and Sonia were exceptional hosts! It was our first visit to this restaurant and the experience was outstanding. Thank you for being the best in town.
