We had been so looking forward to our dinner at Story with another couple whom we invited to dine with us that evening. We were seated close to the front door which was rather chilly and there were other tables available. Our waiter was rather matter of fact and lacked making you feel welcome. The wait staff has as much to do with your overall experience as your food does. The atmosphere is rather cold and sterile and that’s coming from someone who is a minimalist. I’m bummed that we had a very expensive evening out and all walked away thinking WOW that wasn’t the evening/dining experience that we were hoping for or expected…
absolutely amazing eating and atmosphere. the ambiente was beautiful and intimate. perfect dinner spot for a date night without a big amount. our server josh was also amazing. in any case will come again. I was nervous about the arrival that I would be treated differently than the only inferiority, but I was treated as all the others.
Amazing food, presentation and service. We had the salmon and the spare ribs. All I can say is wow! Try the duck empanadas and the Brussels sprout, you’d be glad you did. Also, no hassle parking. Plenty of spaces fairly close by. I love that!! We made reservations to come back in a couple of weeks.
The food was truly outstanding. The beef tartare was excellent and had a light texture, without being too salty. The lobster pasta was lighter than I anticipated, and it was a generous portion for an appetizer. The flavors were fantastic... Book a table now
I had an excellent business dinner at Story. The evening atmosphere was sophisticated yet inviting, and the service was impeccable. The sourdough bread served alongside was delightful (I can't quite recall the exact name).
not your chain restaurant. they can say that this food is carefully prepared by a cook. the lemon vinaigrette is delicious any dish that has a soak is so good!
sa at the bar and dan waited for us. he did a great job and eating was great. I had the short bark rib and my wife had the salmon. we're going back.
Our dining experience was amazing! We had Beef Short Rib and Mahi Mahi from Restaurant Week menu, and both were delicious. Service was excellent! Book a table now
