We were here for 10 days in May 2025. The rooms are fine. The cleanliness in detail is not the best. You can accept it. The offers in the garden of the hotel outside the “games room” and offers from the active team are all subject to a charge. The half board food is good and the selection is okay. NOTE: take a lot of mosquito repellent with you there is a mosquito plague of biblical proportions here. We stood in a “swarm” outside. Seems normal because of the location on the lake. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and helpful, which made a great first impression. The breakfast was generous with a wide variety of food options to choose from. My room was comfortable and offered beautiful views, which I really enjoyed. However, the bathroom was very small — the shower cabin doors were difficult to close due to the limited space. One thing I also found inconvenient was that if you want a kettle in your room, you have to pay an additional 5€, which I feel should be included. Also there are too many children. So sometimes is super noisy.
Ein Traum für Familien, wir waren 3 Tage zu Gast. Mitten in der Natur, die Umgebung ist wahnsinnig idyllisch. Die Kinder können sich den ganzen Tag beschäftigen, es gibt sogar extra Programm. Abends gab es Lagerfeuer und Stockbrot, toll!
Clean rooms, very nice staff, food more than sufficient and tasted great. Children were well provided with games. Despite many age groups, it was very relaxed and relaxing for us. It is always worth a trip and recommended.

Wir waren mit unserem Enkelkind da und haben nur 2 Nächte gebucht, weil es unser erster Urlaub mit ihm war. Er wollte nicht nach Hause so toll hat es ihm gefallen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Zimmer einfach gestaltet aber sauber.Sehr nettes Personal und der Service ist ist sehr gut und das Essen sehr verführerisch.Allen in allen sehr zufrieden aber es gibt immer Nörgler.
DZ. Sehr kleines Bad. Dusche 1x1m und sanierungsbedürftig. Ohne Kühlmöglichkeit f. Getränke. Sommer?? Kühle Getränke nur an der Bar. Teuer!
