The customer service was disappointing, with rude staff. When we placed our order, the employee was unfriendly. Later, when my teenage daughters went to wash their hands, the same staff member entered the bathroom and asked one of them unusual questions about what they were doing. One daughter used the toilet while the other waited outside, and the employee asked if they were changing—obviously, they were not. This made my daughters uncomfortable. I usually order pizza and wings from Straw Hat Pizza. This time, I ordered 12 wings, but they arrived burnt and smaller than usual—normally, they’re a good size and perfectly cooked. I returned the first batch, and the staff was very polite and quickly made me a new order, but the wings still came out slightly burnt and smaller than expected. The customer service is great, but I’m disappointed with the wings.
Straw Hat Pizza is a great place to enjoy delicious pizza and fresh salad. They serve their beer perfectly chilled, and the pizza tastes amazing. You can watch a variety of sports on TV, from football to baseball. The prices are fair, and the staff is welcoming. It’s an excellent spot for family gatherings and one of my favorite places for both lunch and dinner.
I tried the pizza and wings at this restaurant. The wings were quite fatty and lacked substantial meat, and they weren't very flavorful either. The pizza was somewhat better; it was decent but nothing special. It was a bit on the dry side, and the toppings didn't taste very fresh. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not great either—just fairly average.

Great place to eat pizza and salad beer is cold and pizz is delicious. Can watch sports on TV, from football to soccer or baseball. Very affordable and the staff is nice. Great spot to have a family bday party. One of my favorite spots to have lunchor dinner.

Delicious pizza at a reasonable price. I called ahead to place my order and was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes, which it was. Despite being very busy, the staff managed the crowd efficiently and quickly.
