"Good value cafe in the town centre with tables outside. Often call in after a long bike ride when the bacon or sausage sandwiches and a pot of tea are especially appreciated! Good ice cream too."

Superb café with a reasonable menu, perfect for enjoying well-prepared meals. We were impressed by the excellent service, especially when I requested no eggs after they had already made my breakfast. They handled it graciously and didn’t make me feel awkward about it. To my surprise, they offered to replace it with something else, which turned out to be a very fresh meal, served with a smile, ensuring I had no reason to complain. What remarkable service! My family is already planning to return, and we’re definitely coming back. It's much better than fast food places like McDonald's—truly a cut above!

all I wanted was cheap ice for a hot day and I was so surprised how wonderfully creamy the soft ice was! I just have a simple vanilla, but it cost so incredible! I wanted another one, but I didn't want to pamper my dinner later in the evening, and the best thing about the ice cream was just £1.

The fresh cheese was sweet, and the smoothies were great. My parents mentioned that the teacakes and sandwiches were very nice. Next time, I want to try the sinks and shakes, which had delicious aromas reminiscent of butterscotch.

This is a popular café in this vibrant market town. It's disappointing that their homemade items aren't fresh. They should consider making a fresh batch every day instead of relying on frozen stock for later demand.
