In ganz Davos gibt es keinen schöneren Ort zu dinieren als im STG! Von sehr höflichem Empfang, über Platzierung bis zur Verabschiedung, gab es am Freitag nichts auszusetzen! Ein wunderbares 9 Gänge Überraschungsmenü inkl. Weinbegleitung stand uns bevor! Bevor es allerdings los ging, wurden wir erstmal vom Servicepersonal auf Allergien oder andere Unverträglichkeiten aufmerksam gemacht, um uns unser Dinner so perfekt wie möglich zu gestalten! Ich kenne dieses Haus nun schon sehr gut und habe auch einige kulinarische Veränderungen miterlebt. Doch was das STG Küchenteam diesen Winter präsentiert, gleicht einer kulinarischen Weltreise! Vom amuse-bouche bis zur petit four war es einfach exzellent...
one of the best decorated places in davos, was happy to discover it, as davos in general is not at all stylish or demanding. the concept of a 9-speed surprise menu is interesting, especially if they are open. all we had was beautiful...good: salmon sawsimi, some appetits, truffle butter, wagyu sushi, black cadry, lamb. I was not a fan of dessert, but a friend of mine liked it so that it could be a question of taste. really liked the roesti, which were cooked in an innovative foamy way with parmigioano crackers. the service was ok. as with all tasting menus, we have come out very full, but 85% of it was worth it. also price wise I think it is super reasonable for what it is! beautiful selecti...
I was there last week and I can say without doubt that it was one of the best restaurants I've ever been. all the foods are not only delicious, but also sourized, and the chef offers them the opportunity to taste more than 8 types of special food. it was an incredible gastronomic experience. waiter, cook and coworkers generally feel comfortable every moment and they are really nice. if I have the opportunity to return to Davos, I will surely come back. many thanks to studio grigio for the different.
After reading the opinions we decided to have a dinner and the experience was really great. The atmosphere of the restaurant is special and helps to feel an special dinner as well. Excellent food and the small dishes lets you test difference proposals. The chef...Samuel Escobar has done an excellent job and we are sure it will be a big success in Davos.

So wie das Hotel selber, ist auch das Studio Grigio des Intercontinental in Davos sehr schön. Es gibt eine sehr gute Karte, dass Essen ist lecker und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Das Studio selber ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auserdem hat man einen sehr guten Ausblick über davos. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!
we are very grateful for the great night that give herr patrick together with his coworkers to all customers. is a trip from various means of life, is the atmosphere and the excellent service, they do not feel in the restaurant, they feel in their private...dining room. thanks!
we were a large group and despite the size, all meals (fish or meat dishes) were served with attention and high quality. the dishes were tasty, a bit boring, maybe, but good quality. service, as in the rule in the davos intercontinental, was excellent.
Ausgezeichnete Küche, mal was ganz anderes - aber als Gast einmalig - war schön und sehr gut es auszuprobieren würde aber kein zweites Mal kommen - zumal ich nicht mehr im Interconti buchen. Das Studio Grigio ist eher überteuert.
