Terrible service! It's unclear if the employees speak English because when asked a question, they just stare and walk away. I waited 20 minutes to pick up my order, only for them to struggle to find my order slip. When my food was finally ready, the employee cutting the breakfast pizza moved at a snail's pace. I was tempted to go back there and cut it myself. Additionally, I had to wait for the manager to arrive to ring up my order because none of the workers knew how to use the cash register. The food was also disappointing compared to previous experiences. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
Had a pizza and it was pretty good. They were sad from Parmigiano cheese. You should really try harder to keep the tables and floors much cleaner and not get their garbage so full. Many food crumbs on tables, chairs and floor. To the bathroom to find no toilet paper, that's never funny. All foods looked delicious. Had one of their delicious brownies, really enjoyed it. Didn't think it was very professional that one of the employees is fighting with someone on their phone.
A piece of dirty metal from a twist tie(?)was in my sandwich. I could have died as it was in my mouth and could have choked me. How does a piece of metal get into a sandwich? Did the owner or driver for Doordash delivery tamper and put it there? I read 2 years ago that Suffolk county law enforcement arrested several owners of restaurants in Suffolk, who have been taking bribes with food deliveries.
This is a great gourmet deli in Melville... delicious sandwiches and salads. They also make great catering. It is really packed at lunch. The food is always fresh.

Ordered from here 3 times. Twice food was subpar. Today, my eggplant panini was just not fresh. Never ordering from here again.
The house made cold pasta salad with sun-dried tomatoes is excellent. I don't recommend coffee.
