The food here is great for a quick lunch, and the ingredients are typically fresh. However, I've noticed that one of the staff members hasn't been performing her duties well lately. She often appears disengaged and distracted, as though she'd rather be anywhere else. As a result, I frequently have to repeat my order multiple times before she manages to get it right. On my most recent visit, after receiving my food and while I was paying, I had to wait a full minute before reminding her that she needed to return my change. The subway in Wynantskill is owned by a gentleman named Dave. Dave recently had this subway remodeled, and holy cow does it look amazing! Finally, the appearance matches the personalities of the employees. This subway has been a reliable source of lunch for me for about 4 years. During this time, I've gotten to know several employees there, and the owner. Dave is an incredibly kind owner and cares about his consumers. The sandwiches are always made neatly and well organized. The owner Dave is great and he now runs two stores or more. He is really good at what he does. The store has discontinued a lot of choices for food. Our order was wrong and we did a mobile order. We had food sitting on the shelf and didn’t know. We sat there waiting and the order was wrong anyway. Not trying to be mean here cause I really like Dave and most of the people he has working there but sometimes they are off. And in his defense many subways are getting rid of choices we just don’t get why.

It's very yummy and employees super nice! The subs tasted yummy, went here for my sons birthday party. The cookies are fresh and delicious!
