When I placed an online order for pickup, I expected it to be ready after five hours, allowing plenty of time for preparation. I ordered online and went to pick up my meal at this location, which is unfortunately located inside a Walmart. When I arrived, the cashier told me that my order had been canceled. She claimed that she doesn’t accept any online deals, even though the app indicates that this location participates. I had intentionally driven farther to get what we wanted. She then suggested that I could pay in-store instead, but that meant I had to wait, and I ended up paying double the price compared to what was listed online. This completely defeated the purpose of ordering online and undermined the rewards the app promotes. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
WHY IS THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN??!!! Based on other reviews, it seems that poor service and a terrible attitude are standard here. If I could give this place 0 STARS, it would still be too generous. Even after giving them a second chance—everyone can have a bad day, right?—they were still awful. This Subway has made the world a worse place. The gentleman working today, Tuesday, March 15, 2022, was incredibly kind and helpful. He encouraged me to tell him if I wanted more or less of any ingredient and we talked about vegetarianism. He even came around and checked on me while he was wiping tables. I wish I'd caught his name, but I wanted to say I had a lovely Subway experience thanks to him, and he is an asset to the store. Features: Employee was wearing a mask and cleaning surfaces, both behind the counter and in the seating area.
