I’m quite disappointed that the coupons aren’t valid for the new menu. It doesn’t mention this on the coupon, and I’ve had no issues using them at other locations. Additionally, if the soda machine isn’t working, customers should be informed before placing their orders. I don’t appreciate being compelled to pay $2.39 for a 20 oz bottle. The sign said no ice, but soda wasn’t available at all either.
Hard to find good employees, I get it but? The young male employee that just answered your phone at 9:15 calling me a random person to his co worker and proceeded to hang up (As I was just asking if they were still open, as most reviews stating theyleave early). Strange experience, customer service is not this kids strong suit, get it together bud.
I arrived at 9:45 PM and was told they were already closed. The employee decided to close early tonight, seemingly just because he wanted to. What a disappointing night shift worker. I'm glad I rushed across town only to find out they closed early.

This is my go-to Subway! The owner has prepared my sandwich many times, and it’s always excellent. I usually keep my sandwich simple with just three ingredients, but other places tend to be a bit skimpy. Not here! Thank you!
