Just visited Subway, and the young woman with brown hair at the front didn’t greet us at all. We mentioned right away that we had a coupon, but she said nothing and waited until our order was prepared before informing us that the coupon couldn’t be used. It was a terrible experience. We ended up paying full price, and her attitude was rude throughout, clearly showing she was annoyed by our presence—even though we were the only customers there. I’d suggest hiring new staff. We definitely won’t be coming back.

Clipped my coupon and headed for Subway. Waited in line for 10 minutes while the pickiest person in the world ordered a little of those . . . no, that 's too much . . . hey, I didn 't say jalapeños . . . more mayo, etc. etc. When it was my turn Ipresented my coupon, one to be told that this branch did not accept them. Wouldn 't it be a kindness to put a sign in the windowsaying Sorry, we do not accept coupons! ?

I would rate this place 5 stars because Subway sandwiches are fresh, tasty, and healthy. However, I’ve noticed that their prices have increased significantly, with footlongs now ranging from $10 to $15, up from the previous $5. At this rate, it seems like we could be paying $30 for a footlong in just a few years.

They refused to make 6-foot-long subs because I didn’t call 24 hours in advance. I tried calling, but no one answered. There was absolutely no one in the store; the staff were in the back chatting. When they finally came out, they were rude. Unless you want to have a terrible experience, don’t go in. Book a table now

I just visited Subway, excited to try one of the new chicken subs, but the young employee informed me that they don’t accept the new coupons. It seems they’d prefer to lose potential customers with a policy of "no coupons." I wonder how corporate would react to that?

The staff member at Subway is absolutely amazing. She consistently remembers my sandwich order, and this is truly the best Subway in the area! Their menu is fantastic!
