The Subway I visited was pretty average in terms of quality. What stood out—in a negative way—was how stingy they were. I asked for extra onions and bell peppers, but they barely added any, even less than the usual amount at other Subway locations. When I asked for more, they said there would be an extra charge. They also got upset when I tried to use a coupon they claimed they don’t accept, saying I should have shown it at the start, although another staff member did accept it this time. On the day of my visit, the restaurant was only accepting online orders, and I noticed many customers opting to leave instead of waiting to order online. I chose to dine in and placed my order for six sandwiches. After navigating through the lengthy online process, I waited 20 minutes, only to find that my order was completely incorrect. This experience makes me hesitant to order from them online again in the future.
I placed an order through the app, but half of it was missing when it arrived. They ignored the special instructions, so my sandwich was made incorrectly. When I called, they blamed DoorDash, kept changing their story, and refused to assist. I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery from Subway.
I went to the Subway at about 7:10 PM today, but it was surprisingly closed. According to their online hours, they should have been open until 9 PM, but when I got there, an employee inside signaled that they were closed and the door was locked. It was rather confusing.

Terrible management! The food at this location is unsanitary. The employees are fantastic, and I can't understand why they tolerate such poor leadership from the elderly man and woman in charge.
