I’ve decided to stop visiting this Subway location. Like many others who have reviewed this place, my main issue is with the customer service. The manager (or owner—I’m not sure) is extremely unpleasant towards both customers and employees. Almost every time I’ve been there, he’s been argumentative and rude, especially if you take more than a few seconds to decide on your order. During my last visit, he was treating a clearly new employee very poorly, speaking down to them despite their obvious effort. I reported this to corporate but never received a response.
