We informed the employee about our coupon in advance, but he only mentioned at checkout that corporate-issued coupons weren’t accepted. The coupon was still valid, with a visit date of 6/7 and an expiration of 6/11. The only exclusions listed were Alaska and Hawaii. He didn’t explain why he refused to try the coupon, especially since other Subway locations had no problem accepting it. On top of that, our order was incorrect and the employee had a bad attitude. This was the worst experience I’ve had at Subway. I went to another nearby Subway, and they accepted the coupon without any issues. Don’t waste your time here.
On a Friday night around 7 PM, Subway was clean, and two staff members greeted us warmly as we walked in. After a two-hour journey, my wife and I needed to use the restroom. I placed our order and found the bathroom to be spotless. When I returned, our sandwiches were ready—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We hadn't had Subway in a while, and we really enjoyed our experience with the menu options.
If you work for DoorDash, avoid accepting orders from this Subway location. The employees spend their time on their phones or doing nothing until you arrive, then only begin making the food. Our job is to deliver, not wait 15 minutes watching them prepare sandwiches they should have started before I even left Sonora for Jamestown. Good luck!
Service was awesome, food was yummy. The catch is compared to where I reside(just 2 hours away) the sandwich prices were substantially more expensive. I eat Subway often and it was $5 more then I regularly pay for the same order. ???????

The cashier was extremely pushy and rude. After making sandwiches for both me and a coworker, he simply assumed and charged me for both without asking. Next time, please slow down, communicate with your customers, or hire better staff.
This visit was much more enjoyable than my previous one, although parking options are still quite limited.
The staff at Subway are friendly, and the menu offers excellent food.
