I'm sorry to say that my experience here was extremely disappointing. The bread was gooey and undercooked, and the bacon in the sandwich was completely uncooked. We ordered four sandwiches along with three sodas and three cookies, and our total came to $48, which felt far too expensive for what we received. The six-inch sandwiches were only four inches long. Overall, it was not worth the cost at all.

When phone orders take precedence over customers who actually make the effort to come into your shop, it's frustrating. I don’t want to stand in line while large phone orders are prepared one after another. If you want to focus on takeout, consider hiring more staff. I'm done with this place.

Mobile ordered order went to Dixon. Tried to call Dixon location no one picked up no room on voicemail. Went to this location asked them if they could help order placed 10 min prior nope... won't help. Charged us for what we got disrespectful. Wouldn't give us a number to call.
