Terrible management! I do not recommend ordering from this Subway location. My husband was working late, and on our way home after picking him up, we ordered sandwiches through the Subway website. Unknown to us, there was a glitch on their site that set our order for immediate pickup 24 hours later. If we had mistakenly ordered for the wrong day, we would have accepted responsibility. However, the website confirmed the order as if it were for the next day. The woman at the counter was very kind and even took a photo of our order to send to her manager, who was not at the restaurant. The service at the San Juan location is usually prompt and friendly. I did encounter one instance where the bread was slightly stale, but generally, it tends to be fresh. One of my favorite comfort sandwiches is the cold cut combo with cheese, layered with plenty of olives, onions, pepperoncini, tomatoes, and lots of lettuce, all topped off with a generous drizzle of oil and vinegar. While I must say the sandwiches we received were tasty and we eventually made it to the front, the wait at the back of the line was quite frustrating.
