Horrible staff with attitude problems. I wonder why @Subway is not taking any action on them. Either train them in soft skills and people management, or fire them! Also, the portions are so less, can't even taste them. When asked to add more onions, she literally put two small pieces on the sandwich. I had ordered 3 sandwiches during the same order at the same time and I had to tell her to add some more onions on all 3 of the subs repeatedly. I had a frustrating experience with my online order at Subway. They canceled it without any explanation, and it felt like they were acting clueless about the situation. I placed my order hours in advance, so there shouldn’t have been any payment issues. I received a cancellation email just 10 minutes before my scheduled pickup. If there was an issue with an item, we could have discussed alternatives. Plus, no other Subway nearby offers the $5 footlong deal, so it was especially disappointing to come all the way for nothing.

This restaurant boasts a fantastic selection of breads and sandwich fillings. The service is fast and welcoming, and they have a restroom on-site. There's a good range of soft drinks available, although coffee is not offered. You'll also find a variety of chip options to pick from. The location is excellent, well-lit, and conveniently located near Alcosta and San Ramon Valley Boulevard.

The worst Subway service! The lady kept on rolling her eyes while completing our orders, judging my choices or whatever We will not go back again, even though we live so close. We will go further to get better service. No need to pay money and receive crappy judging attitudes from nobody over sandwiches.
I work close by and was in need of a quick lunch during my 30-minute break. I don’t typically visit Subway, but I wanted something fast. Luke prepared an amazing sandwich for me, and he was both efficient and friendly. I don’t usually write reviews, but he truly deserves one!
I had a fantastic experience at Subway. We truly enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and the delicious menu options. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I'm so glad we finally had the chance to visit this place.
A convenient spot for a quick meal with a wide variety of sandwich fillings and bread options. However, if you enjoy coffee, note that they do not sell any. The staff is efficient and friendly.

I found the customer service to be very poor, and they didn’t honor their coupons. The sandwich portions were also noticeably small. We won’t be returning to this Subway location.
