This place should really not be in business. Placed an online order for pickup at 621pm. I arrived at 650pm while someone else was having their online pickup order made while they were waiting there. During that time, another woman came in looking for her pickup order she placed 45 mintues ago. She then left leaving me in the store by myself. While this woman was making what I thought was my order 2 more people come in. By the time the orders done, I go up to get it which is when she tells me it’s not my order. Absolute bs. I would advise against dining here. The overweight manager or owner is extremely rude and has a very limited vocabulary, constantly telling customers "no." When I asked for her name, she said no; when I requested an extra bag, it was no; and when I asked for extra napkins, she initially said no but eventually gave me two. The staff seems completely drained of energy, likely due to the negative atmosphere created by this manager. It's surprising to see two teenage boys looking so emotionless and vacant—there was no joking around and not even a smile.
