I ordered two footlongs and noticed that Subway had a promotion for "buy two, get one third free." I asked the staff if this location was participating in the offer, and they mentioned they weren't sure how it worked. They tried calling their manager but didn’t get a response and asked me to come back the next day. However, Dakota and the team ended up honoring the promotion and informed me that they would automatically apply the discount for all three sandwiches. Thank you!
After a 14-hour drive from Chicago, it was refreshing to be greeted with a friendly hello and a smile from Sophia. She was cheerful and patient, even handling an upset customer before me with impressive professionalism. She truly deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. As for my meal, I ordered the chicken and bacon sandwich, which was just what I needed after such a long time in the car.

There was an irate customer in front of me who treated them very professionally. She deserves an increase in the situation. Anyway, I've got the chicken and bacon sandwich in the car after 14 hours.

I stopped by late and was welcomed with fast, friendly service and fresh, well-prepared sandwiches. This is probably the nicest Subway I’ve ever visited. I definitely recommend this location!
