I found the service at this restaurant to be extremely unprofessional and rather discriminatory. If you're hoping for a pleasant experience, you might be out of luck. The staff seem unable to provide basic customer service. Honestly, I would prefer to eat at Burger King than deal with such unpleasant individuals again.
As a multi-contractor, I can attest that Conner has an excellent work ethic. I arrived at the end of my visit and was not required to be served, yet he immediately took my order without hesitation. I hope management recognizes the valuable employee they have in him and compensates him appropriately!
The man who helps me was super nice. I never had a subway and he was really sweet and helpful about all the options and made sure everything was right. In addition, we had a nice chat, altogether only super service. The place was clean and welcoming, would come back on my next road trip 25 hours!
The manager has a terrible attitude—very unpleasant and rude right from the start. When I tried to place my order, he slammed the meat back into the container and was unhelpful when I asked for toast. I definitely won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it to others either. Book a table now
This is the best subway. Chris the manager will do whatever it takes if an employee gets the order wrong.
People working do not know how to wrap the wraps, they didn't even know what went on most of them.
