The customer service is nonexistent at this Subway. The owner just stood in the corner scouling at us. She never said , Welcome or offered to help us. And the Yung lady that did finally help us was dismissive and rude. We asked for extra product and she refused. Then she cut my sandwich with a dirty knife. I can't understand why someone in the customer service industry would treat their customers this way. Unfortunately because this seems to be the normal through the Subway chain's you just lost me as a customer at all locations.I hear Jersey Mikes is good...
The owner is manipulative and corrupt. I ordered a turkey with egg on flatbread and added avocado, but after he charged my card and I looked at the receipt , he charged me $21 for a foot-long, which is totally ridiculous. He said he had to charge me extra for the turkey, but other Subway's just substitute it with the ham and egg on the register. I told him I will never come to your Subway again.
This is the worst Subway I've ever been to! They don't accept any coupons, which is frustrating. The new employee kept looking at the menu above to figure out what goes into the sandwiches. I ordered double cheese, but it wasn't added. They squeezed a ton of mayonnaise on one side and barely any on the other. The employee had a terrible attitude, as if he didn't want to be there at all.
This place is seriously trash 30 for 2 subs not to mention that they did not even make the breads correctly Italian herb and cheese was made using the wheat bread when it’s normally made on white bread I used to work for this company and everything about my visit was wrong vs how I was trained when I worked for them just a little over a year ago something’s way off about this subway

I just ordered a tuna sandwich and the girl serving me was skimpy w the veggies, I mean 4 cucumbers on my footlong.. c'mon, and she overflowed my sandwich with oil and vinegar when I asked for light... my bread was soggy and I honestly couldn't even enjoy the food I payed for. This was my first time at this location and I won't be returning, do not recommend visiting this location.
The owner did not want to give me the toppings I wanted or the correct amount of turkey the #15. He acted like he grab some and then put his hand towards a sandwich when he added nothing. I will not be visiting this Subway ever again and I live down. This is the second Subway that refused to add the toppings that I would. Getting tired of this
They close early. 8pm. They don 't accept Subway coupons. We don 't participate Shame, we would have ordered 3 sandwiches.instead we got 1. It was a well made sandwich but still.
This subway is the worst one. They didn’t accept coupons on the subway app and they charged tips that I didn’t want to. They were not kind to customers.
