I placed an online order at Subway, but when I got there, they hadn’t begun making my food and were out of several menu items. On top of that, they didn’t add double meat to my sandwich even though I paid for it.

Lately, it seems like every order we place at Subway has a mistake—either missing mayo when requested or not toasted even though we ask for it.
