I visited this Subway on a Sunday morning and was treated very poorly by the only employee there, who acted as if I was bothering her. When I chose a sandwich, she snapped at me asking what kind of bread I wanted. I said 12-grain, which is what I usually order at the Kaneohe location. She rudely kept insisting on white or wheat while glaring at me. At that point, I told her I didn’t deserve to be treated that way and decided to leave. If the manager wonders why business is slow, it’s because of employees like her, worse than the pandemic.
This restaurant is mislocated on the map! It's undoubtedly the best place for sandwiches in Kailua. The bread is fresh, the ingredients are excellent, and the staff is super friendly. I ordered a 5-foot sandwich while my friend chose a 6-inch one. They kindly asked if it was okay for him to go first, which I really appreciated—even though I don't think I even asked that, haha!
My mother-in-law suggested this restaurant, and I understand why—the owner is incredibly friendly, and the staff is just as welcoming. Their sandwiches are made to perfection and look just like the photos, plus they load them up with plenty of veggies, which is amazing! I particularly love the Kailua sandwich. It’s definitely worth every penny!
This location is wrong in the map!! This is the best Subway in Kailua hands down. Fresh bread, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. I had 5 foot longs and the guy behind be only had a 6 inch. They asked if it was ok he go ahead of me. Of course! But itwas so nice to be asked; I don't think I would have asked lol.

On January 13th, 2021, at 12:45 PM, our experience at Subway was very disappointing. The server was rude and prepared our sandwich so poorly that it fell apart completely. It could have been chopped up and served as a Subway salad on a plate. This location does not manage its menu or service well at all.
People are nice, its great getting a free newspaper when buying a sandwhich..sad that they don't have the potato bacon soup
