Went in this afternoon and was told the toaster oven was down but I still went ahead and got a sub anyways. When I got done ordering I asked for the code to the bathroom and the guy said there was no code then after I walked down the hallway he said I couldn’t use the restroom. Don’t understand why when I’m a paying customer. So we finished up with the rest of our order and paid for it and then I asked for a wet paper towel and he said he gave me napkins and I asked him to wet a few and he got mad and barely even wet them. Today, January 30, 2024, I went to buy a couple of sandwiches and I was surprised that the guy they have working in the afternoon treated me in a racist and rude way. I arrived ordering in English and he just repeated, I don't speak Spanish, I don't speak. Spanish, in addition to the fact that the food was served to me very poorly, for that reason that establishment has not been able to have good sales, it is not the first time that the same thing has happened to me in that same establishment. In addition, in a mocking tone, something in English was annoying and only He just told me I don't speak Spanish
Came in at around 1 today and observed one of the employees being super rude to the other young employee. I really felt bad for the young employee as this is not the way to treat your employees. I ended up leaving and not ordering because the rude employee left to the back and didn’t return leaving the young kid all by himself. Not going back
The first time we came they were pretty much out of everything! The bread was hard and gross ! I come again and hope it’s different and they only have wheat bread!! They need better works that are going to do their job and make sure they ALWAYS have what they need for their customers ! Very frustrating!

Don't eat here they didn't have anything I ordered on-line when I went to pick up my food. They messed up the substitution sandwich and couldn't get a refund until I called general manager. Never again will I eat at this Subway or any other for a long time.
Absolutely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, they’re constantly out of vegetables, the staff seems very incompetent, I’ve gone here a few times and each experience was not a good one, they seem very unorganized and can’t seem to keep get it together.
Food was made and prepared well. Only draw back was there was only one employee working. But he was nice and hospitable and did his best to make our food as we requested.
The owner of thisSubway needs to be shut down, they leave little kids by themselves all the time and when there is an issue they don’t know how to resolve it.

Every time I order from this location something is always missing or the sandwiche is made wrong and the footlong cookie was not baked.
Ridiculous anytime I stop by they have no tuna did they run out or are they too lazy to remake it?
