Subway Management, you need to do better! I have placed 3 separate online orders on different days and each time the app shows they are ready only to find out once I arrive they haven?t even been started! They usually take another 20 min to finish becausethey are short staffed during peak lunch hours. This doesnt work when you only have 30 min lunch breaks and the whole reason forordering ahead is for time constraints. Either online orders need to be taken off or this store needs to better staffed!
Monday, April 24, 2023, at 4:50 PM. I had an absolutely fantastic experience today at Subway store #39790-0 in northwest Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Subway Sandwich Artist, Ms. Mia, was incredible! She efficiently prepared two made-to-order Footlong sandwiches for carryout in what has to be record time for all my visits to this location. Wow! Not only that, but the sandwiches looked so good they could have been works of art! Thank you, Ms. Mia! You are amazing!
They had only 4/5 selections of meat. Lettuce and tomato only available No pickles, olives, peppers When I asked what was available she said, what you see is what you get' not at all helpful. Will not be going there again. Also this location NEVER allows online ordering. Very disappointed
Manager needs to do better poor guy was making online orders and my order at the same time girl was just on her phone he ask her for help and she act like she didn?t hear and went to mop wish I could just give him the tip on my card.

Oh no don't go here. Didn't have much . The gentleman use his hands to spread the leftover buffaloes on his hand luckily he had clothes on. Bread was old.Try finding the chicken only had one scoop. Wont be back.
Just showed up to pick up an order and found the door locked. Employees inside could see me but it remained closed. No sign no reason, middle of the day and still taking online orders.
Closed early? 2 workers inside waiving for me to leave as I pulled on the door. It's 646 pm. Update your hours please.
