I checked Google Maps to confirm that the location was open on Christmas Eve, and it indicated that they would be open until 8 PM. I arrived around 5 or 5:30 PM to pick up my food, but the door was locked, and there were no employees around, despite my card already being charged. Eventually, an employee informed me that the location had closed at 5 PM, but there were no signs to indicate this. I couldn't help but notice that my two sandwiches were already prepared—so why not complete the transaction? It left me feeling like this person thought they could take my money on Christmas and enjoy my food for free.

I will start by saying I have a family 6 and I know anywhere I go they hate me because of the big orders but they were nice and patient with and got me everything I needed and then some. The time of day I went wasn't anyone in there and one or two same in after me
This was the worst subway experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible. It would really help if they had someone who spoke English. They seemed to be guessing what we were saying and putting down what they thought we meant.
Accidentally did a BOGO mobile order here of one of the sandwiches not a part of the deal, but they still gave it to me. Order was made on time and pick up was nice and easy. Sandwich also was good.

No breakfast, not ready to serve during posted business hours. I was the only patron, and it took at least 15 minutes to get my food. Soda was flat.
I arrived 10 minutes before closing, but they had already locked the door and turned me away. This happened on December 28th at 9:20 PM.
Visit here once a week most weeks, they know my order and always get me in and out with a great lunch.
