There is no Subway at this location. According to the man in petrol station at the listed location Subway closed years ago. It's just a SPAR garage shop now. They offer arguably better sandwiches than a non existent Subway store. To The subway account team, you keep stating that this store is indeed open, but then refer to a Subway store at NE63 0XF which is 60 miles away. This is not the same location, obviously. Absolutely terrible service. This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had! It was the slowest preparation I've encountered in my life. The service was truly shocking! Out of the two employees present, one hid in the back and did nothing, while the other occasionally attended to customers. With only two people ahead of me in line, it took an astonishing 21 minutes for it to be my turn. If I could give this place fewer stars, I absolutely would.
Overall, I ordered a lunch takeout from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The food quality was average, earning a score of 2 out of 5. The service was also lacking, which contributed to the disappointing experience. The atmosphere left much to be desired, as it felt uninviting. On a positive note, there was plenty of free parking available, which made it easy to pick up my order.
This was the worst subway experience I've had. I ordered no onions and light mayo, but they got it wrong. The service was slow, which I understand due to the lockdown, but a smile would have been nice.
