I like the Subway at 2735 S Wayne Rd because of the people that work there. They are upbeat and personable. They work hard and keep the place neat and clean. The food is fresh, including the salads, and the service is carried out well. This location is situated in a declining shopping center. The people that work here should be commended as when you walk into this Subway it is like landing in an oasis of common sense, decency and all around goodness. That’s because of the people working here. I would not recommend visiting the area later in the evening – but they are closed by then, so, no worries. The parking lot is not being tended properly. I came in at 815, two minutes after another customer came in and was served. I was rude that they were closed. I asked if they could only help me because I wanted only one sub, and the two men laughed at me and said that is great, we still don't. why is the customer who was changed in 2 minutes before me and I was rudely turned away. I also saw another customer go to the load and she said that the two men work very rude for them. I come for the great service that wolf gave, but if I'm badly treated, I'll stop coming here.
Worst service, and I've been here several times. came for an salad and was not done as it was supposed to be. put them during spinat in the bottom of the bowl with all the toppings. I asked many and many paints if he would cut up and mix the stuff. then look at me stupid. I worked on the subway at strong and plymouth rd a month or so. asked for a full refund after descent to eat and low and see there were full leaves of spinat. I will never be here again
Please don't go here. the owner, what seems to be manager, was upset that I used a good license and was very rude for me. I have never experienced such dreadful customer service, I will not go back!
