I went back inside to request that they remake the sandwiches since they were covered in vegetables and sauce. However, they refused to remake them, claiming they had done nothing wrong. Despite showing them the cold, untoasted sandwiches and the solid, unmelted cheese, they still insisted that the sandwiches were toasted. When we asked for a refund, they initially refused, but eventually relented after speaking with their manager over the phone.
It was a very strange and frustrating interaction. I miss the previous staff and owner of this location, and I will not be returning.
I visit this Subway regularly. I have never had any issues with service or food quality. Friendly staff clean restaurant and good amount of seating. I've noticed over the years that it may have changed ownership a couple of times but still no issues and was a seamless transition. I would recommend this location to others as one of the better stores as I have been to a few which do not stack up as well. It is a convenient location in a strip mall with plenty of other shopping nearby.
This restaurant is terrible. It advertised to be open at 7:30, but when I arrived at 8, it was still closed. I returned later and found people inside, but nothing was set up and the door was still locked. The following week, I tried to order a sandwich but it smelled bad. Additionally, they didn't have regular hero bread for three days in a row. The service and everything about this place is awful. I would not recommend it.
It take forever to someone take your order and if you try to order in advance it take forever too you I don’t know if it is they are short of staff or just the time I come in but try different time and still bad service

I have ordered an Uber eats the food was cold and it was a mess the package was open and everything was falling out of the sandwich I will never order from this location or go to the actual restaurant.
Guy and girl behind the counter making me and my girlfriend crack up hysterically laughing. Idk why but I’ve never been in a subway where that happened and it made my night. And the food was great!
no a/c hot as hell in store its been broken for two weeks poor employees that have to work in these conditions .COME ON SUBWAY DUE BETTER
