I will use small cakes, because if the subway casey central reads this, I think big cake confuse them (I mean, could get their heads hurt). I order online, so I don't blame the driver, I blame who ever did it and packed it. 1. if they order more than 1 item, they know what they do. 2. they do not double to make sure they have everything. 3. how stupid can someone think to put cold drinks on hot eating was a good idea. 4. last time I checked the word sauce is the liquid or semi-liquid served with food not a thin, wide piece of food cut into strips.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a foot long chicken teriyaki toasted and when they took it out of the oven you could visibly see that it was black and burnt around the edges and the cheese was also burnt. I told the girl working behind the counter to replace the sub and she refused and said she can't do that because that's how the sub looks when you have it toasted. Ended up leaving without taking the sub. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, Eden Rise is far better.
After asking me to confirm my entertainment book code they refused to take the voucher. Proceeding to say they won’t accept it and can’t do anything about it. Plus all the staff was wearing their mask incorrectly and no proper hygiene. Especially with the current Covid situation you would think that adults who work in the food industry know how to wear a mask properly.
The worst, place is filthy and needs a health inspection. The counter top at 10:00am was disgusting. The manager has alot to answer for. She didn't heat the chicken breast in the microwave first and only toasted it and it was stone cold. Such a simple process of making a sandwich is ruined by poor training and management.
