I visited Subway on August 6th to get a salad, but my experience was quite disappointing. I noticed a fly in the container where the meat was stored. Although I pointed it out to the staff member, he seemed oblivious to the issue and continued to ask how he could assist me. Unfortunately, he didn’t replace any of the affected food items, despite the presence of the fly. This is unacceptable and very unhygienic.
The food was good! However the customer service was interesting. The guy helping me kept talking about his personal problems and talking to his other co workers. Then a customer came in and no one even noticed her they were all around the soda machine. I even try to get their attention to tell them and they didn't hear me. So she got upset and left. Rightfully so. Nobody was rude just unprofessional.
This Subway located inside Walmart is one of the best I’ve ever visited. The vegetables are consistently fresh and flavorful. I believe the manager, Taylor, is exceptional—very attentive and dedicated. I had a wonderful lunch here today.

The staff really needs better training. It's surprising how they can mess up a sandwich when the customer is right in front of them. They couldn't even manage to spread the meat evenly on the bread.
I was very happy with my service today as I went after I got some shopping done. Sam was very helpful despite another customer being rude. They kept it held together and was very nice.
The restaurant is never open on time! Right now, there's no one here! It must be nice to choose your own hours, even when the posted opening times say otherwise.
