She's also calm and doesn't care whether people have to wait or not. Unfortunately, I can emphasize this again. Very, very, very, very slow lady. It can't be that a wait takes less than 5 minutes. That wasn't just my impression, either, as people left the store after me, ranting on and on about how slow things are. It makes you think twice about going there again.
We wanted to grab a bite to eat for two on a Sunday evening. The store is officially open until 11 p.m. – we arrived at 10:40 p.m. and stood in line. After we'd stood in line, the employee told us at 10:52 p.m. that the cash register closes at 11 p.m. and the two people in front of us would be the last to be served. They could have told us that right when we got in line. Instead, we were just left standing there – completely unnecessary and unprofessional. That's not how you treat customers. Very disappointing.
Very disappointing! I was here this morning, and the two ladies working refused to allow me to eat in the restaurant simply because I had placed my order for pickup. I'm still a paying customer, and I find this behavior completely incomprehensible. The employees seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. I haven't experienced such treatment at any other Subway branch. I will definitely not return to this branch.
Overall, I'm absolutely satisfied. I've eaten there four times so far, and the staff have always been very friendly, even friendlier than the minimum one would expect. The subs were always filled with absolutely perfect ingredients (even if you sometimes wish for a little extra precision for the customer's benefit and packaged just as meticulously. I'm happy to make the 20+ minute drive for that.

I immediately called to postpone pickup for an hour, which was confirmed. However, the subs were cold when I picked them up because they had been prepared ahead of schedule. I was also spoken to rudely. Very dissatisfied.

The food was incredibly delicious, and the service was excellent! Everything was tidy, and the bread was perfectly baked. The sub was very well-filled, and I'll definitely be back.
The service was only moderately friendly. The sandwiches tasted quite good, but I personally find them far too expensive.
