I recently received some coupons and decided to use them at Subway. I find their regular prices to be a bit high, so I prefer to dine at chains that offer discounts. Unfortunately, the Subway location I visited did not accept the coupons. Disappointed, we left and drove 1.5 miles to another Subway that honored the coupons. We saved a significant amount of money on four sandwiches. It's a shame that this particular store does not participate in Subway's coupon program, as it is typically well-managed according to a friend who frequents the location. It's puzzling why the operator would risk losing customers in order to make extra profit on each sandwich, but to each their own.
We asked to change the ham from the Italian to BMT to turkey and he said no. When my pregnant wife said as a joke I can 't have ham (she got a chicken sandwich) he makes the comment is that all you do? When we asked him what he meant, He said is all you do eat all the time. Are you going to eat all these sandwiches? Such a nasty comment to make to a pregnant woman. Also change your time on Google to the correct time. You close at 8:45 when it says you close at 10. lastly, they don 't take any coupons. I would never recommend this place. Go save yourself a headache and don 't bother with this location.
I just left Subway, and my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member was very rude and had a poor attitude. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times, and when I requested to add to it, he snapped at me, asking, "Why didn't you tell me earlier?" The customer service was terrible, and I definitely won't be spending any money there again. I think the employees could really benefit from some customer service training.
The customer service at this restaurant is very poor. The bread was stale and the vegetables were mushy. This is the second time I have received vegetables and bread that were not fresh. I found a dead bug on the cucumber, but when I brought it to the attention of the worker, they were rude and refused to admit it. They continued to argue with me. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant is really declining in quality. The sandwiches are smaller now and more expensive than before. The new bread isn't anything special either. Paying double for better quality cold cuts would have been worth it, but unfortunately they still serve the same mediocre ones. I am no longer a fan of Subway.
I don't understand any negative reviews at all. But as a regular customer of this store, I always observe great service and especially if there is a problem, the owner takes care of it personally. A great entrepreneur and more of a great person. I recommend this place if you are hungry and want SUBWAY
I really enjoy Subway, but this location is the worst one I've been to. The employee wouldn't open the display to show the ingredients, which was concerning. I can only imagine what the condition of the food is like.
Food at subway is fair. For a quick sandwich it's ok I do like the meatballs. Some places don't take coupons.
