Coming on Friday evening to use my points at my last purchase in this same establishment knowing that it is close to my home, the lady at the caisse simply refused to serve me because I had to make a purchase to use my loyalty points, while I had already spent in this same establishment a week ago. It never happened to me other than in this establishment. When do we consume something to use our loyalty point? Reject your conditions
Unfortunately, I had to say badly, I arrived at 8:50, a person was being served, the waitress said nothing to me, his colleague went out and said "it's closed." I find it limiting to refuse a client 10 minutes before the end while everything was out and someone was being served... brief damage
Mediocre on the delivery service: for my first order 3 months ago I only had the sandwich when I paid a menu. Today I reiterated the experience by ordering a menu, no artcile was missing but suprise: PAIN NOT CUIT so I think at a time that you have to question or stop the delivery service.
