If you want to witness what poor customer service looks like when requesting anything extra on your sandwich, this is the place to be. I’ve ordered from this Subway several times since it’s close to my home and convenient, but both times my order was completely wrong. I tried reaching out to the owner to resolve the issue, but my messages were ignored. Avoid doing business with this owner! There are plenty of other restaurants with hardworking owners who value their customers and make things right when problems arise—this Subway location is not one of them.
I arrived for my curbside order, but it wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. I decided to go inside with my wheelchair to inquire about my order's status, and they started preparing it right away once they saw me. On top of that, I had requested extra protein, but the server missed that part of my order. Oops!
This restaurant is fantastic! I have only great things to say about it. I visited to pick up some sandwiches for a hike and was welcomed with cheerful customer service and a warm smile. My sandwich was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be back, especially since they open at 8 AM, while most other places in the area don’t open until 10 AM.
This Subway location was excellent. Although the parking lot isn’t very large, there were plenty of spaces available. I ordered a veggie sub, and it was really tasty. Eating in was pleasant too, as they served it in a green basket. The staff were very friendly, and I’ll definitely come back to this spot.
