We stopped through here on our way home from Missoula for a late lunch. The first gal that started my husband's and my sandwich was prompt and sweet. The gal who finished our sandwiches dropped my meatball into the tomatoes and the woman behind me in line brought it to her attention. She had already wrapped my sandwich, but proceeded to toss the meatball and a couple tomatoes. She came to the till to finish us out and when I asked her for another meatball she seemed inconvenienced. The first gal offered to make me a new one but she was already wrapping the sandwich back up, so I declined. I should have taken her up on it though, as I could not eat it as a sandwich. We have been eating Subway more than the average person.. today at the Livingston, MT store was not our best. The sandwiches were fine but the customer service was not. 3 young women working and not one of them was pleasant..it was almost like it was an inconvenience.I found it hard to believe that they were out of napkins in both dispensers and I took the last lid for my small drink. This was at 2:00 PM.One bin of lettuce looked really bad and when I requested the lettuce from the new bin it was not well received. Used the restroom and it was not clean.I have been to this Subway many times and have never had a complaint until today. 05/03/2023
Cas was incredibly rude! She was yelling at the young boy who was also working and actually helping customers. Throwing stuff and making a huge scene! The line was massive, but instead of actually helping the young boy, she sat there and complained. Lost a customer because of how incredibly rude she was.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The two girls working at the front were very friendly and efficiently took care of our orders. I didn’t catch their names, but they did an excellent job. Just wanted to share this feedback for their manager!

Our first time coming through this town while traveling. Girl behind the counter seamed highly annoyed the entire time she was making our sandwich’s slamming things around. HAVE Never had such a rude and snappy experience at a subway.
Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff was unhelpful and the food was not good at all. They even refused to warm up their overcooked eggs. I won’t be returning.
I've visited this restaurant twice, and on both occasions, I discovered hair in my sandwich. Additionally, a friend of mine found a fly in theirs during a separate visit.
