Awful costumer service.... I do not want to return here. I was ignored multiple times when building my sandwich. I was not asked if that would be all; therefore, was left standing while they took peoples orders who arrived later than I. My order wasn’t even taken correctly since the girl kept not understanding so I had to rise my volume yet she didn’t care to actually even get it right and simply ignored me. The music was also blasting so maybe that had something to do with it. I am so disappointed: there wasn’t even proper social distancing being practiced.
I attempted to order two sandwich party trays, but I was informed that they couldn't fulfill my request because they had eight other trays scheduled for the same time I wanted. I suggested picking mine up earlier, but they still couldn't accommodate me. This happened after I asked an employee to call a manager, as he didn’t know how to place a catering order. It's baffling how a business would turn away paying customers!
Good subs with so many options when it comes to your choice and combination of fixings, a variety of bread choices and whether you prefer your bread hot or room temperature. One suggestion, why not offer subs with set meats, fixings, and set dressings so you can order quickly and go on with your day. Of course you could substitute the fixings dressing or meats if you choose to.

rude service. Girl got mad and said a comment just cause we asked for tuna on it after she toasted it LOL. Made a rude comment after like no one told her to put extra bacon?? so no need for that comment when making our sandwich
Super small places and the employee making the sandwich was super slow taking his time. The food seem to be from other days. Just a precaution be very careful of the places you’ll go to eat.
Wanted to buy a dozen chocolate cookies, they only had 3 and refused to make more. I?m paying for them and willing to wait for them but the kid refused to make them.
fresh ingredients and oven fresh brot, which is prepared today for lunch and will definitely be back to this place, nice staff and clean it area.
