Just wanted to give a shout out to this Subway, my experience was incredible. I'm normally a very hard person to please and the staff in this Subway really wowed me. That Italian sub on herb cheese bread had to have been one of my top five favorite subs of all time. The care and precision with which the subway lady placed each and every lead of lettuce and slice of tomato came through in the taste and enjoyment of my delicious sandwich. Jared, Subway man, wherever you are, I know you'd be proud. THANK YOU subway team for that brief moment of happiness.
When it was my turn to place my order, I was delighted to find the staff energetic and friendly, which is always a refreshing change. They were quick and efficient, and I didn’t have to repeat myself at all—thank you for being attentive! The whole ordering process went seamlessly. (Just so you’re aware, I usually find ordering at restaurants a bit stressful, but my experience here was short and extremely pleasant.) I will definitely be coming back, even if it means driving a bit farther for a sub.
The restaurant was clearly understaffed, though the few employees there were friendly. However, one of the women at the cash register was quite rude and brusque. Additionally, I was surprised to find out that there’s a charge for refills. Seriously? On a college campus where students are already burdened with extremely high tuition fees, having to pay for a refill is just ridiculous. No thank you.
This restaurant provides a simple and efficient dining experience. While the menu may differ slightly from standard franchise locations because of partial university management, the staff is friendly, and the food maintains Subway's quality standards.

My husband and I love chipotle, so its convienat it's on campus so we can pick some up between classes. Sadly everytime we've eaten here we get extremely sick. Not sure why this is the case, but I don't reccomend because of my experiences.
The staff appears to ignore customers' requests and frequently rushes them, creating the impression that they just want to finish the interaction quickly.
The cashier was unfriendly, they don't accept coupons, and they charged double the tax. I highly recommend steering clear of this Subway location.
