I recently visited Subway for the first time, and it will also be my last. I arrived at 11:45 am to order a sandwich, but they did not have any tomatoes. As I was about to pay at the register, I noticed the tomatoes sitting right next to it and asked if I could have some. Unfortunately, the staff member told me it would take them half an hour to cut the tomatoes and refused to give me any.
I would give this establishment 0 stars. Do not go there, as the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They curse at customers when they make a mistake, and refuse service for errors that are their own fault. This place should be closed down and investigated. The man even went so far as to yell in his language and make disrespectful comments about Americans.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff really knows how to wrap their takeout orders perfectly. Not only did they work well as a team, but the lady there also helped guide the process. The vegetables were fresh, and the packaging was spot on. Plus, they even warmed up my cookies for me! The service was excellent!
I had an awful experience at what is usually a decent restaurant. The manager shifted the blame onto me for some app errors, took my money, and did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused by Subway. I am deeply disappointed. Update (2/2/19): I still have not received a refund for the $24 that was taken. Book a table now
Staff put 1 slice of meat on my sandwich and then stood there and tried to convince me that was all my sandwich was made with which is completely inaccurate.Then tried to give me hard old cookies . When I asked for the manager the employees suddenly didn't speak English.
They don't accept their own company's printed coupons. I'm no fool. This is done so that by the time you get there, you end up paying full price because they figure you're not going to download their app on the spot.Edit: they don't accept coupons through the app either
I hadn't dined at this restaurant in a long time and was excited to go back. However, I was disappointed to find that the food quality has declined since my last visit.
I got really ill by eating here. I would not recommend it. They are not storing things at proper temperature and or not tossing the product after best by date. Book a table now
