Her behavior was completely unacceptable—unnecessary, offensive, embarrassing, inappropriate, disrespectful, and very disappointing. It's obvious that she requires customer service training and should not be interacting with customers right now. I'm grateful I was able to voice my concerns about her actions before I left. It’s outrageous that she confronted me simply for requesting better lettuce; as a paying customer, I have every right to specify my order. Due to this incident, I will not be coming back to this location. I hope the manager takes the time to review the security footage of this interaction.
I typically stop by this restaurant before or after my workouts and usually stick to the same sandwich. However, during my most recent visit, I noticed some flies buzzing around the food, and one even landed on my sandwich. I was quite worried about that, but the staff didn't take any action to address the issue. To add to my frustration, they seem to get irritated if I don't leave a tip. Furthermore, I've experienced different prices for the same sandwich each time I order it, which feels a bit strange. It seems like the price is constantly rising, despite my consistent choice in meals.
I will never order from this restaurant again! I kept calling to let them know that the app said my food had been delivered, but it wasn’t outside. The woman I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back, she told me she could cancel my order because nobody wanted to deliver it. I also heard a man in the background saying that if my number didn’t match what was in the app, they couldn’t give me my food. If I could give them zero stars, I would! This is extremely unprofessional.
I then went to another Subway, where the staff were not only professional but also accepted my coupon. The restaurant was clean, and the food was neatly organized. I would strongly advise steering clear of the Seat Pleasant location. The male employee there is consistently rude to customers, refuses to acknowledge Subway’s official coupons, and unfairly charges extra for standard sandwich ingredients.

Fantastic restaurant! It's impeccably clean, and the service is prompt. They prepare everything just the way you like it. While Burger King advertises "have it your way," I believe Subway truly fulfills that promise. They don’t hide behind a wall; everything is right in front of you for a transparent experience.
This Subway location is outstanding, with friendly staff and a clean, well-kept atmosphere. The ingredients looked fresh, and I was able to easily customize my sandwich just the way I wanted. The service was prompt, and surprisingly, it wasn’t very crowded for a Saturday.
