Subway - Table reservation

On 6/22/23 at about 1:30pm, I went to this subway location for the first time. To my surprise, I was verbally attacked and disrespected by a ignorant female staff who felt very comfortable doing so. As I discussed with a male staff who was assisting me with my mom’s order. I noticed the lettuce he was about to use looked old. So, I asked if I can get it from the other container. This is when the female staff said, “You’re picky, right? But you’re using a coupon”. I said, “Excuse me. Yes, I am”. I was baffled by her unprofessionalism. If subway provide coupons for customers to use, then I’m going to take advantage of it and shouldn’t be criticized or attacked by staff for doing so. Her poor b...

the most disgraceful subway ever! I actually seen a mouse run in the back of the store. the manager is the most rude person ever ! he is very disrespectful and I never want anyone to lose their job but he needs some time away from subway to feel better cause he is a straight A hole. not to mention is nasty in there ! I would stay away from the subway on central ave unless you're looking to be disappointed and disgusted ! call the health department immediately

Was in my lunch break on Easter Sunday. When I went to the guy, I sat in the back. I said hi.. he only saw one I while he ate, said something then more to watch videos on his phone. Can I have a sandwich? He said rude?I eat and continued to see his videos on his phone?. What?s the point of being open then getting rude with your customers? I'll contact companies!
