I went to this Subway located next to a Burger King and a convenience store. After picking out a 2-liter bottle of Coke and a large bag of chips, I ordered a sub. However, when it was time to pay, I was told that I could only pay for the sub at that register and would need to go to a different register for the drinks and snacks. Frustrated, I put the drinks and chips back and left. I really don’t want to deal with two registers at one place. I won’t be returning—definitely zero stars from me.
I visited the Subway next to a Burger King and a convenience store. I grabbed a 2-liter Coke and a large bag of chips before ordering a sub. However, when it was time to pay, I found out I had to use one register for the sub and a separate one for the soda and chips. Frustrated, I returned the drinks and chips and decided to leave. I refuse to deal with multiple registers in a single store. I won’t be coming back. Zero stars — not even one.
I placed an order online, but when I got to the restaurant, it wasn't ready. When I informed the staff that it was an online order, she began making a completely different sandwich. I had to remind her of my order details, even though my receipt was right in front of her. By the time I received my sandwich, I noticed it was missing all the dressings. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I had returned to work.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Being vegetarian and mindful of my religious beliefs, I like my food prepared by someone who hasn’t touched meat. When I asked if they could change their gloves, they were more than happy to accommodate me. They even cleaned the knife without me asking! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place—10/10! Book a table now
The atmosphere at this Subway is cozy and welcoming. Being a vegetarian, I have particular food preparation needs, so I requested that they change their gloves. They were very helpful and even proactively washed the knife for me without me asking. The staff is exceptionally friendly and polite. I highly recommend this place—definitely a perfect 10/10!
The owner remembered what I ordered last time and made some great recommendations based on my tastes. He did the same for everyone in my group. We were genuinely impressed by how well he recalled all the details about our meals, especially considering how busy it gets during lunch hour.
This restaurant is absolutely worth visiting! It has a great location, excellent management, and outstanding customer service. I strongly recommend it!
