Me and my wife came in to this subway in the north Olmsted Walmart with a bad mood from a personal problem. Came in to subway.The place was clean and a young man by the name of Omar was taking care of a few costumers actually and in the short time came my teen he politely asked many questions that latterly made me and my wife become suddenly happy, he made my day. He informed us on a few sandwiches he recommends as we where thinking and also during the whole time helping us this young man would not stop smiling and giving us choices on what we would like and Not many people do this. After me taking my food and sitting down. There was no costumers so he desided to go arround to each costumer...
Charles and Richard are great employees with fun spunky settings! They always make my salad exactly as I like it, and they are so nice... every time I am there, they are fast to take my order and clean themselves, about everything I love this subway, but the girl who worked with them was terrible. Mean sees all the time when I was there, she attacked my husband when he tried to order a sub and she seemed extremely rude to other customers... if she is here next time, I just go somewhere else to eat!!! She did great to clean her station, but her attitude was unnecessary...
Before shopping I stopped the subway that is in Walmart. I was greeted that I think it was Maggie and then I was served by Sam. I must say it was a pleasant visit!! The tomatoes and the rest of the vegetables looked and where fresh and the restaurant nice and clean. I suggest when you go shopping or before shopping, as it did, so do not go crazy after buying things you should not eat) LOL stop you and have the girls serve you! Thanks Sam and Maggie!
Today I got subway, Omar was the polite and nice worker, he gave me good suggestions and made me the best sandwich I ever got from the subway. If possible, this boy deserves a raise. Thank you, Omar.
