This restaurant really needs to shut down. I spent 15 minutes placing orders online for all my kids, drove all the way there, and when I arrived, they told me it was cash only. To make matters worse, they were out of bread and said no refunds could be issued until tomorrow. There were five employees just hanging out inside, and it's frustrating to think that, in this economic climate, they can afford to pay that many people when none of them could even make a call to inform customers that they were out of bread. Moreover, none of them were able to process a refund. It was only 7:30 at night, and I was left trying to figure out what we were going to eat. This is the second time something like...
I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes watching them cash people out and make sandwiches for people inside until I had to honk my horn to get any sort of service, then they came to the window and rudely told me that they're not doing drive-thrus today because they're too busy inside. If they would have just put a sign in the window or just came and told me when I pulled up I wouldn't have wasted my entire lunch break waiting to be served. What's that be one of the most poorly ran establishments I've ever been to. I would highly advise to give your business to a different restaurant.
This is by far the worst Subway I've ever experienced. Just left there and they had no bread, only Flatbread. It's 12:15 on a Thursday afternoon. Second day in a row at the same time. They normally are out of meats, veggies, etc. The only reason I come to this one is because it's the only subway in town now (the main street one closed, and at least they had workers who tried).The kids they have working during the day are especially rude as well, you'll be completely ignored for a solid 5 minutes by 3 of them.
The girls working on the day I visited were really nice and friendly, and they had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better! I really appreciate that atmosphere. One of the staff mentioned that Subway is discontinuing a few items, including their delicious garlic oil. It's truly amazing! If you haven't tried it on your grinder yet, you definitely should before it's gone!

Today was the third or fourth time I've tried to get a sandwich, but I've yet to succeed. Each time, either they were out of cold cuts or bread, the credit card machine was down (which seems to happen frequently), or they were only accepting online orders. This will be my last attempt at this location, as it's just too inconsistent.
I applied for a job here, but I was told that my ex-girlfriend, who is the area manager, would fire me if I were hired. The manager who wanted to hire me, along with my current girlfriend who works here, both suggested that I shouldn't work here. It’s really a frustrating situation.

I work at this location, and we are doing everything we can to keep the place together there just isn’t a lot of help or training so please be patient with us ?

The morning staff was quite rude and even used offensive language towards me. Additionally, the food was wilted and had mold on it.
