I went to pick up dinner for my wife and me at the Subway location inside the Walmart on Quaker Road, only to discover that they had closed two hours earlier than scheduled. As I was leaving, the girl behind the counter asked me how many subs I wanted, with a bit of an attitude. I explained that it didn’t matter since they were already closed. It’s frustrating how a chain can operate this way and close early. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and it’s disappointing.
I ordered a 6 inch herb n cheese with salami bologna, American cheese lettuce tomatoes and pickles. I opened my sandwich to eat it and found it tasted odd and looked to find it discolored. I also ordered oatmeal raisin cookies that were very dry, which normally they would be chewy and fresh. I have never been so disappointed .
I went in and ordered a footlong flatbread with teriyaki chicken, but they mistakenly added salami instead. When I tried to correct the girl, she ignored me. By the time the sub was finished, the guy went to fold it, and it fell apart and crumbled. Now, I've paid for a sandwich that I can't eat due to their mistakes!
Writing this as I wait in line with one other person in front of me. But dont worry other subway worker continues to look as we all wait... they spent 5 minutes trying to check out one customer ..... Book a table now
You don't always earn my favorite spot just because my daughter enjoys guacamole, especially when they occasionally run out.
I really enjoyed the turkey sub with tomatoes, pickles, and black olives, topped with mayo. Delicious!
